Amber Grace Kliger

(she/hers)

Amber loves crafting each session to suit your body’s needs; whether the goal is to rejuvenate and center, address specific sources of pain and injury, or to level up in your sport. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish Flow, Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai massage techniques, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Release, she uses an integrative and intuitive approach to provide the most effective release for your body. She goes slow, listens, and hopes to help you melt.

Amber also offers Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, cupping and gua sha, and adores using organic herbal body oils in every session to nourish your skin and nervous system.

Amber is happy to work with those experiencing chronic or acute pain, and everyday athletes seeking to improve performance~ she would be honored to be part of your treatment team... and if you simply want to decompress, relax, rejuvenate, get inspired, she is here for you!

After receiving her Massage certification at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in 2012, Amber has attended many continuing education courses, and is always seeking, with curiosity and gratitude, to deepen her practice & understanding of the human body. While Neuromuscular Therapy largely inspires her work today, the knowledge gained from studying various massage modalities allows her to utilize tools for each unique individual throughout the session.

When Amber is not working her craft in the healing arts, you can find her cooking and wildcrafting, facilitating nature connection with kids, upcycling, visiting friends, or going on an outdoor excursion... whether trail running, foraging, expeditions, swimming, cold plunging, climbing rocks, or backpacking in the amazing wilderness that surrounds us here in the Puget Sound.

Amber Grace Studios welcomes people of all races, ethnicities, countries of origin, gender, and sexual orientation. You are Welcome and Valued!
